After getting a taste of underwater work in the first class AQUATERNATIVES® foundation, we now concentrate on utilizing adaptive tools (noodles and pillows) and we also concentrate on utilizing nose clips to explore the fullest expanse of the water experience!AQUATHERICS® underwater method continues to focus on foundation with full spectrum awareness and dynamics. With a strong foundation to build on, awareness and precision in application brings a sense of absolute freedom for the client.

Prerequisites: AQUATERNATIVES® foundation, or any underwater class or supervision
